Department of Workers' Claims rolls out new LMS System
The new Litigation Management System (LMS) has been implemented by the DWC and is up and running. Fulton, Devlin & Powers has transitioned to using LMS exclusively. All workers' compensation practitioners must begin using LMS as of July 1, 2017.

DWC has changed Lump Sum Discount Rate for 2017
The DWC has changed the present value discount (PVD) rate for 2017 to 1.00%. Under the new PVD rate, 425 weeks converts to 408.1034 weeks and 520 weeks converts to 494.8670 weeks. The new PVD rate is effective on 1/1/2017. The full PVD Table can be found as a PDF download on our Resources page.
